Nominal Group Process:

bulleteach member writes down own ideas without interaction
bulletall ideas are then recorded on a flip chart or board without discussion
bulleteach member individually lists their top 5 choices (votes are recorded)
bulletfacilitator leads discussion with ideas explained, clarified or combined
bulletindividual group members vote a second time as before (top 5, 1-5pts)
bulletvotes are tallied
