| Nichaya Suntornpithug earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of   Memphis (2004). Dr. Suntornpithug is an Assistant Professor whose research   interests include: Interactivity and Internet Commerce, Electronic Commerce and   Human-Computer Interaction, Online Consumer Behavior, Customer Relationship Management, Internationla Marketing, Nation Branding, Service Quality, and Entreprenuership. She has published in Electronic Market   Journal,  International Journal of Business, Marketing, &  Decision Sciences, International Journal of Electronic Business, International Journal of Mobile Marketing, International Journal  of Services Technology and Management, Journal of Enterprising Culture, Journal  of Indiana Academy of Social Science, Journal of Small Business and  Entrepreneurship, and has presented her research at various regional, national and   international conferences. |
