- Date of last update or copright
- Title of the page
- Description of the site
- Date site was accessed
- URL
Style:
- First line on left margin
- Additional lines indented
- Date of last update or copyright in parthensis
- Title of page in Italics
- If publishing on the Web, make the URL a link

MLA (Modern Language Association)
Information to Include:
- Title of the page
- Author & organization,
- Date the page was last updated

Style:
- First line on the left margin
- Additional lines indented
- Title of the page should be underlined
- URL in brackets
- If publishing on the Web, make the URL a link
