In addition to his executive advisory and research work, Minnich serves on the MBA Faculty at Purdue University Fort Wayne’s Doermer School of Business (DSB), where he facilitates advanced business and financial courses and chairs the MBA Policy Committee—shaping policy, curriculum, and strategic direction to align with institutional priorities and market demands.

Minnich contributes to faculty development as a consultant and peer reviewer through the Summative Peer Review Network, a key part of promotion and tenure processes that drives quality and continuous improvement.
