society.

we can avoid the syndrom.
b. What are the environment consequences of
mining?
Name one natural resource in NE Indiana and how its mining affects
the environment (include
the role played by geology).
2. a. Fluvial processes are numerous. Name any two processes and relate them to any river in Fort Wayne or Allen County.
b. Based on your own research, show how geology
has
influenced, shaped, and will continue to shape Fort Wayne.
3. IPFW should lead by examples. What environmental problems do you
see in the campus and what probable solution(s) could you offer?

4. a. As an educator and a planner, design a questionnaire to examine
how people perceive natural hazards. Explain your
questions.
b. There are certain environmental problems
associated
with coastal regions. One of such is erosion. List some ways to
prevent this problem and
discuss the philosophy of adaptive behavior of living with coastal
erosion.
5. Describe anthropogenic activities' impact on the Allen or Dekalb
or Jay County, Indiana environment.

6. How have you contributed to environmental degradation of N. E.
Indiana?
7. Discuss some concepts of waste disposal and what you can do as an
individual to help with the generation of wastes.
