You may test out of K200 (Computer Literacy), K211(Microsoft Excel) and K212 (Microsoft Access) modules if you think you have the required skills. In the case of K211 and K212 you need to purchase SAM 2000 software CD (about $15 to $20) from the campus Bookstore. For additional information, please call or visit the Testing Services.
In order to sign up for K211 test out, you must have successfully completed K200 module (either tested out or passed with "C" or above) and to sign up for K212 test out, you must have successfully completed K211 module (either tested out or passed with "C" or above). Unlike, K200 test out, K211 and K212 tests are skill-based and hands-on type.

Test can be taken multiple times, but one must wait 6 months after the last test date. K200 is Conceptual oriented where as K211 and K212 are skill-based on hands-on oriented. |
